I’m the third person in my family to get a car from here and I will likely go back if I’m still in the area. I’m having a rough time dealing with insurance, but when I found the car I wanted, Jack was super helpful and understanding with the situation and gave me the time I needed to finalize financing. My ford escape was such a good deal for the age, mileage, and features and I trust that it will last me a long time. I recommend this place to anyone who tells me they need a car!

Jack and Steve made my buying experience the least stressful I have ever had. They answered all my questions in great detail. In terms of negotiation, they were transparent, honest and professional at all times...providing a fair deal with no haggling. They did a nice job preparing my car for pickup and made the transaction very efficient and painless. I would not hesitate to do business with them again...and HIGHLY recommend their dealership!

Best used car dealer in Bloomington IL I have bought 2 cars from the sales guy there Noah and is always super easy and laid back experience along with management they will make sure your taken care of on you new vehicle or trade in.

Found a Jeep at community motors through car gurus and Jack and Steve made the process super smooth. We were out of state and flew in to do the final checkout and purchase then drove the vehicle home. Jack answered all our questions and got us the photos and videos we asked for since we couldn't just swing by to check it out ourselves. Jeep was as described and the process was simple even buying from out of state. Fair price, easy process no nonsense.

They had a 2010 Hyundai Elantra that I originally wanted. I kept coming back to it, and finally decided to go after another car at another dealership. That car was very cute, but I chose substance over cuteness. I also drove the other car and the a/c wouldn't come on. When I got back from the test drive the owner of the dealership said "well, it's an as-is car and it needs a new compressor." I called Jack at Community from the other parking lot and within ten minutes had arranged to purchase it and have it delivered. SOOOOOOOO glad I did. I love my Elantra, and Jack and Community Motors really did me a solid. Good dealership and very good customer service.
